Konflik dalam Organisasi

Analysis and Conclusion:

In the quote that I took, it says those are two sources of conflict which happened in an organization or a group, the first source is a competition, and the last one is a force or a power.

Let’s make it detail for the first one, or about a competition. A conflict can be triggered because of the competition, the competition between some main sides. It’s like the other one is better than another one. The opinion about a case of their organization can be a conflict because people don’t have a same opinion, and they compete their opinion for the best. The example is, A doesn’t have same opinion with B, and also B with C. They will fight for their opinion, because they think their own opinion is the best, so we have to take the middle way for this conflict, if we meet like this. We have to discuss, gather all member to take the best, to take the best opinion for that case. It’s like if A says ‘50’ and B says ‘100’. You can make a discussion about the middle way, maybe ‘75’.

And my conclusion about that conflict is: Don’t take a direct decision, the conflict can be bigger than before. You have to say with all member of your group, and hear all f their own opinion. The competition of their opinion is normal, because they will fight for their opinion, but, don’t forget about the middle way, we can choose the best if we talk about this case together.

For the second source of conflict is a Power, it can be a relation between a competition and a power. We can see in our life, the basic of the competition is a power. Who strong, they will win the competition. Not just in our ordinary life. In a group or organization is use this words too, who strong in their opinion for solve the case, is the winner, and they will make a decision for take the strongest opinion, or the powerful to solve the case one. We can see, the strongest one is the best one. A strong opinion in organization, it has the best argumentation, the reason about their opinion and the best outcome from their opinion to solve this case. If they don’t have a strong reason, or a strong plan to do their idea. They will meet another problem to solve this case, but if they have a good plan, and a good reason, the case will have the best way out. And it will solve easily.

That’s my analysis for the second source. And my conclusion about it : before you want to share or say your idea, you have to think the argument, why do you choose that plan or that idea, what’s the good one, and you have to tell the benefit about your idea, what the benefit if the organization choose your plan or your idea. And you have to think the outcome, is it solve the case easily? Or it makes it worse. The best outcome is if you not just solve the problem, but you can make the benefit from it. It’s like you not just get 0 from -5, but you can get 5 from -5, it make your idea is the strongest. And you are the powerful member from your organization that solves the case. And the conflict is cleared.

The conflict doesn’t make it worse, the conflict can be the best part of your organization if you can handle it. They will make benefit for your group, if you can solve it together, and without a fight, just fight for your idea, make it best. And the best one is a chosen one.
